Holiday Detox

After eating a big meal on Thanksgiving, and eating heavy and rich foods, make it a plan to start a 7 or 14 day detox to get rid of any toxin overload. During the holidays we tend to eat foods that we may not eat regularly, and usually they are high in fat (bad fat), sugar, and alcohol based. Make a commitment to yourself to do a quick detox.
